many warranty deeds changing hands

@Wayne Brooks

I couldn't think of any other that could answer this question.

I've found a property that has had 3 WD (2010,2011,2015) all going back and forth between two LLCs.

Can I look at this as perhaps these LLCs are related individuals and for whatever reason they are transferring the property between them. For what reason I could not think of one.

I looked up one company on sunbiz.org but the other seems to be non existent. I've found both in the public records in the clerk of courts site for the WD.

The original deed was QC from a single owner to one of the LLCs and then the 3 WD after were between the LLCs.

Thanks

I'm guessing there's some back and forth, for whatever reasons.  Doesn't really matter as long as your title search comes back clean.  But, that's even more reason  for the title search.  Remember, a Warranty deed doesn't mean much, in and of itself.
