@Stephen Glover (Preface) While I agree that I should have read the contract in a lot more detail than I did, as a General Contractor doing home remodelling I ensure that I go through all of my contracts with my clients verbally for full understanding.

A showing calendar can be set up.We have shown units that are being remodeled; with tenants in them; that are in the process of being cleaned; etc.

I have my go to guys for remodeling projects but these guys are one man type operations and don't really do service type calls since they typically are booked at least a week out.

Cosmetics like painting, flooring, etc will not require it but any type of plumbing, electrical, kitchen remodel, drywall, etc will likely require a permit.

I bought all materials.1 - 10'x6' shower remodeling (remove old bath tub, toilette and vanity) , replace door and vanity. install Vinyl with molding and paint 2- 19'x11' room: install vinyl, molding, replace closet door and room door paint3- 19'x13' room: install vinyl, molding, replace closet door and room door, paint4- Kitchen: 6'x10' patch walls, floor with vinyl, install cabinet, paint5- living and dinning room: 19' x 23', install vinyl , molding and paint I really appreciate your feedback.Thanks,
