Rental Property Mechanical contractors

I'm trying to find companies/contractors that offer "same day services" for electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues for when problems arise with my rental properties. I have my go to guys for remodeling projects but these guys are one man type operations and don't really do service type calls since they typically are booked at least a week out. 

Who are other landlords using in the Saint Paul area? Willing to pay retail for the convienance . Thank you!
