If you are still adamant on reaching out to a CPA; you can do the following1) take the suggestions posted in this thread2) Attend a local REIA event and network with the professionals in the event and ask who they use for a CPA.3) create a keyword alert for "Los angeles" and "California" and see who frequently post on threads with these keywords. you will notice some of the same posters. network with these individuals and ask who they use for a CPA.4) if you are still unable to connect with a CPA locally - feel free to find a CPA who works with clients remotely.

Yes, they can fumble their way through the average transaction that has few - if any - hiccups but they're doing a disservice to their clients and they are putting everything at risk when things go sideways.As long as you do it part-time, you will only get occasional work.

Hey BPthis guys posts are all over the placeone post stated his client had the money from inheritance, not him.he is looking for RE agents, loan agents, partners, etc.when I see starting topics like his, smells like dead fish to me, I run away from his deals.proceed with caution with this new BP member.go get a team or mentor to help you local where you live, you throw out bait, I smelled it, look like court house drama to me.
