It is a guaranteed opportunity to meet other investors, and just like here on BP, I have found them to be just as incredibly generous with their knowledge in person!

Plus the odds of someone being in the exact same market looking for the exact same type of property are incredibly low.  

So in an incredibly hot market where most properties are receiving 5 or more offers you want to offer 20% below list price?

They're incredibly advanced because Facebook keeps track of everything we all do while logged in on Facebook.Facebook is also partnering with other companies and credit card companies that track our behaviors and what we spend our money on!

Some advice on others who have been there and have been able to overcome that would be incredibly helpful!

Now you can barrow more money and buy more income producing assets which show more profits on your taxes.

Through those years I wasn't poised to recycle capital, so time passing was not an issue or strategy and the gains produced an overall stability that has happily put me into todays position.
