Hi - Does anyone have recommendations for a STR property / resort  in the Orlando area ?

My biggest concerns are heating efficiency and occupancy, but since that location is equidistant to 3 major ski resorts and 2 minor ones, a number of breweries, and some of the biggest and best hiking in New England, I figure occupancy should be steady at least.

And there are players in San Fran itself that are buying right.

Seems the big players are gone because of the current situation ( Wells Fargo, TD Bank..etc). 

ConclusionThe two players in this game, cost seg companies and CPAs, can produce only a portion of the complete result. 

They newer players are still very early and immature from a scale perspective, systems are buggy, customer support not great.

Was this in a resort area?

There are many large players in DFW, although many would not be considered hedge funds.
