NOO Cash out Refi in the times of Pandemia

I been looking for a bank for the last weeks for a cash out refi to complete a BRRRR transaction. Seems the big players are gone because of the current situation ( Wells Fargo, TD Bank..etc).

My Ranking:

3rd place: Federal Savings ( 4% +1 point, 755 LTV, forced escrow)

2nd place : AIM loans (3.875% + 3 points, 75% LTV, no escrow)

1st place : Axos Bank ( 3.875% + 0.25% points, 75% LTV, no escrow)

Just passing the word to save someone a couple of weeks of research.

I’m in the same situation in Ohio. If you have a contact in Ohio that you are willing to share, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, do you know if they require 6 month seasoning?
