I'm sure the lender was saying what an idiot and patting himself on the back.I did get involved with a reverse mortgage not to long ago being held by a insurance company that only seemed too glad to get paid off and clear their problem with a little paperwork and thus was able to put my nephew into a nice probate property where they wanted to live at a decent price back in my main state of California (wish I could go back but the UCSF Medical Center keeps trying to kill me off, I think they have a deal with the local mortuaries).

I have a vacant home that I have checked the assessor and county recorders office with and learned the following:1) The homeowners name and the fact they are current on their taxes2) The vacant property's owner has this home specifically listed as their address 3) I did a Facebook search on the owner as suggested in another forum I read and I learned that the individual is dealing with serious medical issues for the last 5 years.

My idea is to create an agreement where the monthly payments are very low giving the tenant buyer the chance to have enough money to rehab it and at the end of the agreement they can exercise there option.
