I am new to real estate investing in the Charleston, SC area. I an interested in wholesaling and rehabbing, and have been diligently trying to educate myself. Finding this website has been a great discovery, having so many knowledgable people to learn more from. I am trying to build a good team in Charleston. I may also be doing some investing in the Florence, SC area.
