Just instruct the buyer's agent on what you want her to record, each window, etc.

If you are an accredited investor we like syndications in MF, storage and manufactured home parks with value add operators that can get you exposure to markets that interest you but don't require all the time and attention of trying to do this all yourself.

I used to work for the largest heavy equipment manufacturer in the world, and I notice any kind of work going on, and I can tell you this work was happening on this scale in years past, not like it has been since Harvey.At the same time, construction in Houston continues at a crazy pace. 

They are still a bit stigmatized because of the association with mobile/ manufactured homes.

@Carl Ohai - When I run comps, I don't comparable manufactured homes with stick-built. 

Two weeks ago I gave my painter the keys and instructions for the job I wanted done while we were on vacation: 1200 sq ft, flat white ceilings, tan walls, semi-gloss white doors & trim.

Overall though properties that are manufactured or on a lot of land are generally not good investments.
