I am ok for a slight renovation but turn key is preferred at the moment. and areas like Shaker heights and Euclid on East side and some pockets of 44102, 44111, Brooklyn on west side seems good.I have read the ultimate guide Cleveland neighborhood grading, and any suggestions/contacts/comments are appreciated .Thanks.

If you're looking for SFRs and small-multis in some C+ or great neighborhoods, the best ones I can recommend are Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, Maple Heights, Euclid, Parma, Old Brooklyn, Berea, possibly Lakewood.
