Anyone know if there’s a section in BP where investors can share their deal with other investors for consideration?
Hi Walter, I have seen other investors share deals on here before, It may have just been through forum posts with all of the numbers though, I am not sure if there is a dedicated section for that. I don’t believe we have connected before, but I would definitely love to hop on a call and hear more about your plans! I am currently in a position finishing up stabilizing my first building and looking for my next small commercial property with a partner in a specific part of MA, and actively learning about partnerships and putting teams and systems together! Thank you!

Yeah, BP flagged one of mine for basically doing the same thing youre asking. Told me to post it in classifieds, but theres not much traction in there.
