Where I'm at, if you were buying a property that the city had been fining for lack of upkeep - there could be thousands of dollars in charges against that property you will become responsible for.  

Short-term Rentals: Utilize platforms like Airbnb for higher rental income potential, albeit with increased management responsibilities.

I ammessaging here because the Bookstore tech support has been a complete waste of time.After many emails back and forth, numerous times, numerous days and weeks, with supportgiving me the same canned responses, I eventually gave up and asked for them tocancel my account and refund my money and they just ignored me.
