Heat maps are an awesome way to quickly visualize data, but only if that visualization is done meaningfully.

Depending how the mobile home is opened up for the addition the cooling and heating can be wonky.  

They make heat trace tape and cables for ice damming that can be placed on top of the shingles. 

I understand many variable come to play, Taxes, Central Heating vs Individual heating. and the costs you see the spike in is Gas & Taxes. 

Shortly after, with a different contractor in the same geographic area, I replaced an existing heat pump at my home with a SEER 16 model and completed nominal ductwork for $11,680. 

Also, depending on the regulations in your area, you could get your A in some heat if you don't do things correctly. 

I have not had any experience with general contractors in that area, but I know Air Specialty heating & cooling did a very good job on my single family home for HVAC.

If the fleas do not sense the heat or movement of a meal...they will go dormant (or the young ones will just stay in their cocoons) and can do so for close to a year i'm told.

Most older quads here will have boiler heat that the owner pays which can be a killer.
