You may need someone else to co sign with you.Personally, id probably just focus on school, save as much money as you can and start real estate after you graduate or when you're closer.If you don't mind me asking, are you wanting to work on Wall Street for a career?

Hi, I am a graduate student at UT Health San Antonio and have been living here for 3 years.  

We have 6-8 years until they graduate college as a timeline.  

Realtor's website released an article 2 days ago placing Lincoln, Nebraska as the second best place for college graduates to live.

I am a college student just finishing my junior year and seeking some sort of real estate exposure before graduation.

I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2016.

I help manage my family's furniture and appliance retail store and am currently working on completing my MBA with graduation in December of 2017.

My wife and I are moving back to Utah for graduate school and are looking to network with any real estate investors out there to help us with the search for our first Multi-family property.  

But if you went into finance, you could do business development and REI related items but couldn't do any engineering.Don't feel like your degree will limit your interests after graduation.
