@Yvonne Willis I know that evictions are paused in CT, but I don't believe there is any government decisions to allow tenants not to pay rent. 

I'm still reading the stimulus package (A cliffnotes version would be nice, GOVERNMENT...), but I've been hearing from others that corporations with 500+ employees are eligible for forgivable grants & Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) if they *promise* not to fire a certain percentage of their workforce, among other requirements.

Government gives some people housing and they quickly let it fall into a state of filth and depravity.Not all, but some.

Although you could argue this point forever, the government will do something for the people that own and are barely getting by.  

What are you landlords doing with the tenants that will not pay rent due to the closing of there business due to the government shutdown.

And if you want to be a top producer like Chris and I then you are surely putting in a lot of time.There are lots of rules, regulations, guidelines to keep a track off.

Governments have told tenants that they can't be evicted for non-payment of rent, and I expect we'll have to do some education on how that doesn't equate to living rent free.  

I cannot imagine that the government would come after us for still having active listings since we blocked off the dates.On another related note . . .

I would not let the government run my buisness. if your sick or unhealthy.
