For example, if it's your first rental property and it's a recent start, you won't have a history that will inspire willingness to take on risk.

Stories like these inspire me to keep looking for deals even when I'm out of ammo.

I'm really inspired to get out there and drive for dollars after I took a drive yesterday.

However, I am stuck finding reputable and hard-working power team members due to the overwhelming amount of information online (I don't know what information is genuine and what's fallacious).With that being said, I learned that the best way of finding reputable power team members is by asking investors in your local area for referrals.

You inspire me.As for the topic of this thread.  

As far as what I want, I plan to use the knowledge that I've learned (and have been inspired by) from others on BP and the capital that I've gained from selling my house, to help start my own consulting company through REI.
