The rules vary somewhat, but overall it's a very easy process.Ireland, UK, Canada, AUS, etc hasn't varied much at all.We have our attorney create a local Ohio LLC for them to buy property into and he handles the legal work from there on filing the foreign EIN/ITIN, etc.

I'm not even going to comment on this as I don't see how anyone can view this as an acceptable way to provide UBI -- by letting foreign countries become even bigger loan sharks to us.The idea that automation is going to kill millions of jobs and we won't be able to replace them I am 100% skeptical on.The fact is this is the cornerstone argument upon which UBI is built and I think it's a short-sighted and fallacious argument.People have been worried about technology displacing workers for HUNDREDS of years.
