On that same bathroom, will most buyers be satisfied with the low priced ceramic tile you can get for less than $1/foot, or should you splurge some and step it up to $3 or $4/foot tile, along with adding those expensive detail tiles as well, maybe put some kind of fancy pattern in there, too.

Note buyer" here on BP, while the shoe is on the other foot as you are buying, and it addresses issues of a non-owner condo seller finance deal, there is still much there to consider.Condo financing for the secondary market has many hoops to jump through, project qualifications, you may look at portfolio financing from a bank as well, but that won't be a 30 year fixed, but it's financing.Best to see an attorney as well.

I suggest a plant with year round greenery about 2 foot in front of the AC condensers and then a short PVC picker fence or lattice enclosure on them.

I can't give you a per square foot cost, but if it's under 2000 square feet and on a slab (no basement), I'd guess you're probably looking at $8-15K to do it right.
