I am not predicting anything....but as someone who is very active in the market know of over 4000 units for sale right now in the MF industry....brokers have told me they expect the same for 2019.

after 2 months wasting time and had move out before i could refi with quicken loans they quoted me 60 LTV for my rehabbed 3 unit. seems low for 720 credit score and noi per month of $1300ARV is $195kput 35k into it financed 100ki expected 70-80%LTVany suggestions who turn to?

I doubt you have but if you have I would be a huge mistake to attempt to cancel the lease because he told you about the bankruptcy.If you attempt to cancel the lease without a lawyer I would expect his lawyer to add you to the bankruptcy case and then notify the judge of what you did.

If there's no requirement, don't expect to get a disclosure - besides, even if they give you the state-mandated form, chances are it's not going to actually show anything other than you're buying the property as-is and the owner doesn't know anything about the property
