Reverse Offer to 4 prospects?
Has anyone ever done reverse offers? How was your experience. I have a house that has been contingent twice, pending once and has 4 interested parties currently. They are all dragging their feet. They have been interested for about 2 weeks and still looking for others. I am thinking of making them a reverse offer to try and find the parties that are most interested. I would drop the price quite a bit and also maybe $2k towards closing. I provided the inspection report from previous prospects, so they know what is expected in that regards. I fixed the safety issues and the house is vacant. Should I be patient still? I want to get one of them to jump and then tell the rest I have an offer.
Thanks for the feedback and help!
