I am about to enter the military and am wondering if there is anyone in the bigger pockets audience that has found an investing niche that suits the military lifestyle of pickup and move well?

I realized that the 9-5 lifestyle was not all that it was cracked up to be and decided I needed to find something else to do.

Malaysia is supposedly the most affordable lifestyle country to live in Southeast Asia, so for retirement it might work great, but i'm hearing other locations in Thailand and Philippines bring greater returns. 

The first floor unit also has a tenant so I'm not sure about removing them just so the exterminator can lay traps and interrupt their lifestyle. they also have no issues with mice.
