If you click the link above you can see their video but I did not get a clear picture as to why they call themselves Flat Fee Services, when repair jobs can greatly fluctuate in price.Thanks for your response,Pyrrha

Just ask them to terminate service at the pole, they can remove the line unless there is some code requirement for service to be provided to a dwelling.

Your statement would be correct if it was a single dwelling with one common entrance, but that is not the case with a duplex.
