So a bit difficult turning someone down for the reason, however i think it was right in this situation.I was unaware that some breeds are denied by homeowner's insurance, so thank you again for this information.

I tried to file a claim to my insurance company, but they call it as "wrongful installation" thus denying the claim.How do you deal with situation like this?

She, of course, completely denies this to me.  

If you just have homeowners, that is, insurance for an owner occupied property, there's a real possibility the insurance company will deny a claim if there are tenants in the property.

If you get answers that don't suit you in the pre screening, you really shouldn't waste your time or theirs by running an application if you plan to deny it.

Once my cash had been fully invested I attempted to purchase my next property though financing and was denied.

After a few of them I would start denying them. 

At that point lenders will begin denying loans because of too much liability.
