I feel it's appropriate because I honestly don't think I'd be where I am today without this website and community.

Hi BP community!

With that being said, I’m very grateful to have come acrossed the BP world, and I’m looking forward to learning from and eventually contributing to this AWESOME community.

I just wanted to introduce myself to the community here.

I have been looking for a while and this property is something very strange that I did foresee me even being interested in but I have a gut feeling and I am interested in at least looking at the property and evaluating my options for not only improving the property but also the next steps of this land after a few years of saving and community improvements. https://sar.paragonrels.com/publink/default.aspx?

It is a community that has been sitting idle for the last few years.

This post is directed to those in the BP community who are killing it in the wholesale game.

I posted this to give back to the community.

I am looking forward to attending the BP and CFREI meetup to actually get to meet some people with similar goals and interests, but for now I feel almost lost and that fear of the unknown keeps creeping up on me when I least expect it.Either way, I am going to keep trucking along, but I wanted to start up a possible discussion with the community to at least have a chance to talk to people going through something similar or people that have gone through it and came out on top.
