I have been trudging along getting it moving slowly but I am now expecting my first child and changes have to be made.

My child support payments will be about $1,000 per month and are made up of basic child support of about $380 and the rest is work related child care. 

A brokerage will see notices from the real estate commission like: *Agent license is being suspended for not paying child support.

Your child might actually get more resources going to Durham schools.So to answer your question... yes, it would be expensive and risky to buy a mansion in hope valley central but you can get something a couple of blocks over in North Hope Valley.  

Just enough to alert..I said yes because:- They are good tenants, hands-off, and paying healthy rents- They want to keep it outside, so I didn't charge an extra deposit- I figure it will tie them to the house longer because they will have the right size yard for their dog at this house, and somewhat limit their ability to move by those who do not accept pets (what parent wants to get rid of their child's favorite pet?)

I want to use this leverage towards an investment property but I also need a home for my fiancée and soon to be born child.  

I am married with one child and purchased my first 2 investment properties in 2009.

I bumped it the day I read a newspaper article about a tenant's child recovering 3.8Mil because the hot water heater was set too high. 

My Realtor had a small child in tow, I didn't mind at all.
