Stay at home dad, how do you continue REI?

Its getting pretty hard for me living this life as a stay at home dad when I cant go out and find/rehab/rent properties or do other things. How have some of you stay at home dads (with working spouses) manage to do out of state investing? NYC is not an option for me, I dont even like it here and would want to move out.

Begin your search online, determine what you want to view, then head there in the evenings when the spouse is home. It may be quite an adjustment, but if you two work together to coordinate schedules, you all can make it work. Best of luck to you!
