Hi everyone.  I'm having a hard time making my first move into real estate investing.  I currently have never owned so I qualify for first time buyer discounts.  I want to use this leverage towards an investment property but I also need a home for my fiancée and soon to be born child.  I know people talk about multi-family units  but I'm having a hard time finding them.  I'm in the Chicago northwest suburbs.  I have good credit and good income from my job.  Any advice on finding good multi's or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Chris
