Property A is a multi unit commercial strip center.  

I opted for the 3 letter package and added the "Call Center" option which essentially means they are sending out 3 letters, I believe it was 15-30 days apart (whatever the legal requirement is) and then they'll report it to the credit bureaus.  

It is located in Center City Philly surrounded by the national park historical sites, the waterfront, clubs and restaurants. 

The fun part is fixing the yard, usually even the above ground pools are dug a foot or more into the ground, especially towards the center.

I am trying to think out side the box about how I could utilize the amazing houses as a retreat center of some sort, and am struggling to figure out how I could systematize the rental of this "retreat facility" such that it could actually cash flow reliably.The houses could easily make an wonderful B&B, but I have zero desire to run a B&B. 

When the tenants moved in the wife was self employed and on maternity leave; said she was going to get outside daycare when she went back to work however since the child was under 1 year daycare centers wouldn't take her child.

I would research Grand Rapids too, its becoming quite the technical center of Michigan.

At one point they managed a shopping center on Independence.
