1031 Exchange Question - Can I Do This?

1. Property A and B are held in separate LLC's which I own.

2.  Property A is a multi unit commercial strip center.  Property B is an Office building.

3.  I want to convert Property B to a 16 unit MF.  

Could I 1031 property A  into the property B project somehow?
