Hello Ashley,I’m finishing up a project in Copperas Cove with Clyde Burns @ 3 feathers Maintenance / remodeling and I’m very happy with the progress and work he has done for me.

How would you feel if the aluminum wiring loosened up(as it has an unfortunate tendency to do, which is why insurers shy away from it,) and it burned your house down- not only potentially harming your residents, their pets, and their belongings, but possibly spreading beyond that, as fires in California tend to do?

From an investment standpoint, there's no need to totally do a full rehab on any projects, unless you're basically purchasing a house that's been burned down.

How do you invest outside of your area without getting burned. 

Foundation repairs were completed in 2013 and I have booked a structural engineer to assess.  

Most areas require some sort of building permit with an architect or engineer seal.

I am planning to hire engineering based cost segregation study for newly built townhouse I am planning to rent out.

As we got further into the meeting, one guy spoke up and repeated himself about 5 times about his acquisition strategy, his exit strategy, how he would make his money even if the place burned down, his limited purchasing power, and on and on.
