Engineering based cost segregation cost service fee estimate
Dear all.
I am planning to hire engineering based cost segregation study for newly built townhouse I am planning to rent out.
What should I expect to be the cost for such study? I got bids ranging from $1300 to $7k.
What credentials the cost segregation professional should carry to satisfy IRS requirements?
This is to get better tax benefits as a result of faster depreciation.
Thank you.
