The reason I say that is as I listen to my audiobooks about rehabbing, I also listen to motivational speakers.

I have done yellow letters with little success, if anything I tend get more listing prospects than true motivated sellers.

Can anyone give me specific advise or websites to go to, in order to generate a list to find these motivated sellers in Camden or Gloucester County NJ.
