Hi all, Looking for a investor in the PNW region that has experience with local hard money lenders.

I'm specifically targeting homes in the $230-270k region.

I would focus on more regional type  companies that you think would be a good fit and reach out to them directly. 

I already posted this in the Raleigh forum as well, but I imagine other people in other regions might have faced and solved a similar problem in the past.

The two actions that were most instrumental in our growth were:1) Selecting full featured property management software with our first purchase so that we could focus on our processes.2) Developing a working relationship with a local portfolio lender that specialized in regional multi-family so that we could avoid issues with DTI.
