I am a student at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO.

Soon you went to the university and obtained a professional degree in architecture, but you never were able to get your license.After you graduated with your BArch degree, you worked in architecture firms for a few years and eventually took a federal job as an architect.

There are always exceptions, historic areas, mansion avenue, the park area, the lake or river, or may be the university area.

Probably way more initial cash flow, most likely better future profits and Burbank/Universal/Hollywood and more studios close by.

There is a fair amount of turnover (average rental is about 18 months) but overall it's good.What helps us is we're in a college town and we market mainly on the university.

There's large employers and a state university campus.
