Had to leave a msg. with the young lady who was pleasant.

And frankly, if you had to lose tenants by way of non-renewal, you need to hope it's the young ladies upstairs. 

seems like the harder one works the luckier one gets... and sometimes its just plain luckas a case study here is my Luckiest deal ever.bought home at trustee sale for 125k... drive up knock on door lady living in it had a mess in side 3 kids that were developmentally disabled house was bad...

I put an add up on CL, 'I'll buy your house", lady called me and the numbers are just too high (payoff is 30K) for me to take the deal.

The public records show the owners name, and googled the original owner's name and found the owner on the deed was the lady in her 80's.

I'll then cross reference the info to the towns GIS website and Registry of Deeds website to get as much data as I can.I am a member of my local Board of Health so I've gotten to know the ladies working in the tax collector and assessor's office pretty well and they've been an amazing resources for information.

Also at our local county treasures office the ladies there are pretty nice and help me out when I have a question, you  could try going there and talking with them.
