Hello Bigger Pockets family my name is Andrew Kiblin, let me just say I listened to 104 episodes of the BP Podcast before getting on this website and starting an account.  Every time I heard Josh or Brandon's "and you can find this on our BP website" or "The UBG is the bible of Real Estate" I said "eh, I like to listen".  Now I am sitting her snowed in, fresh out of the military, and hungrier than I have ever been before.

I am 23 years old, licensed, and currently working for two (partners) Real Estate investors as well as a Hard Money Lender.  I have to thank Tracy Royce and ep.19 for that.  Instead of seeking a mentor I played to my strengths, and am now having my education paid for.

My long term goal in REI is to have my own portfolio with at least forty residential properties spread through out the country and some commercial properties in foreign countries (I've been outside the country many times and feel this is essential for me).

My short term goal is to absorb all the knowledge I can about REI. I know it is essential to understand how to work with, and for investors. I am laying the foundation for my continued education brick by brick.

If you have any advice for me, know certain questions I should be asking, or are in or around the beltway, let me know and we'll get some lunch!  I pride myself on my charisma!
