As far as abandonment is concerned - if she told me that she found a new place ( but did not specifically specify that she was moved into it) - is that the same as saying " i will not be back" even if she has left personal possessions such vacume cleaner, coffee pot, several photographs still pinned to the wall and nick knacs about the house.

Make sure that your units are genuinely nicer than the other units at the same rental price point and "photograph well" for the craigslist ads? 

NO... these (serial) sheisters clearly knew/ know PRECISELY what they are doing... as does any veteran "slumlord," turned LOer!

Just wondering how and why you guys chose your photographers.

To the veterans does this sound accurate?

I would highly recommend using Veteran's United home loans as the loan officer.

You could offer it up as a loan assumption to any other Veterans. 

I ran the tenet through Zillow, everything looked great, 4x the rent, 780 credit score, veteran, single mother with two kids.

I'm a quick learner but am hoping to hear from some veterans who have had experience here, to guide/advise, and partner up if it makes sense.
