I work in Broomfield (one of those "W2 jobs") for one of the better known travel and leisure companies in the region.

With regards to extreme frugality, if you've ever read any of Grant Cardone's books, he addresses this issue from a unique perspective. 

Each of us is unique and special, indeed, you are special.

South Durham, for example has shown some solid home values, especially around Southpoint Mall [our relatively new regional mall].If you would like some more detail, shoot me a PM and we'll talk.

I ask because I would love to have direct access to a portion of their paychecks before they spend it on some "unique" items that prevent timely payment of my rent checks :)

That will vary as to regions and what type of loan it is, it it's a portfolio loan or secondary note and what servicing agreements may be.

I was surprised at that but it isn't the only regional difference I have found. 

If I was forced I would say the 60" just cuz it is unique.
