I was thinking SFH buy & hold in our backyard of Las Vegas, rent by room to travel nurse/professionals or potentially Airbnb in Henderson (Airbnb potentially becoming legal in Clark County in July 2022)Thanks in advance!

Can anyone point me to an insurance company that will insure a furnished property for travel nursing or travel workers?

As international travel, cruises, and airline restrictions loosen people will start taking those vacation options.

This is like the predictions from 500 years ago that someday man will fly or travel under water or to the moon.

I own a condo in Bangkok outright and I'm looking to start investing in property in the US.I have money lined up and happy for my first purchase to be a cash purchase and then I'll look to try and build up credit and hopefully secure finance for future purchases.Due to travel restrictions, it's unlikely I'll be able to visit the US until March 2022.My question, is it better to get the ball rolling and purchase a property now (I have spoken to a couple of Turnkey companies) or is it better to save for a few more months and then purchase something in March 2022.Many thanksPaul

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

For me, there was no in unit laundry, so I had the work done and designed the space to appeal to STR/MTR travelers.

I see a key market locally in the travel medical industry, as well as the growth of new companies coming to the triangle. 

Was contacted by "Travelers Haven," a corporate housing/short-term rental agency, to gather more information about my rental for a travel nurse who's interested. 

Most people in those locations have to travel 20 minutes to Smiths or Walmart, and heresay is Albertsons is being bought by Kroger (who also owns Smiths, which would mean Albertsons may be closing).
