It helps to be clear with your intent.If you're creating a website with the intention to draw in traffic and new seller leads, you'll want to include branding and website in your letter so they can be synergistic.If you're a 1 man operation and the focus of the site is mainly to display credibility and what you do/who you are, then I think a personalized type letter is better suited.
