That ranges from mobile home courts, raw land, new home speculation,apartments, sf homes....heck, I'll buy anything if my gut tells me I can resell for a profit....I'm heading to Florida next week to see what all the hubbub is down there....I'd hate to miss out on the opportunities that I've heard about down there without at least checking it out for myself....plus I'd like to become a snow bird some day soon......

You can dream all you want about how you will be able to improve the property once you own it, but when negotiating you need to let them know you are buying on facts not speculation.

Hi Jennifer,I did not do anything yet....just speculating right now (wanting to do this)....I of course would have an out clause of financing and inspecting...my question is, is it fine and is it the norm to go into a contract hoping to flip it but not being able to honor the contract f I don't find an assignee...if not what other ways is this done...any ideas as well would help as I am new to this.Thanks

mod=rss_whats_news_usan article from the wall street journal about the troubles coming around the corner for commercial real estate.I personally think this will be the best time to buy commercial properties, not random speculative buying but purchase properties with strong income that are way under valued.
