Flipping contracts

Hi,

Looking at flipping a contract....I don't have any contacts that are necessarily interested in this land but I feel its a great buy and possibly I can find a buyer.

I am new to this and wondering what happens If I cant find a buyer? I will not qualify for financing at the deadline if I don't find a buyer anyways...is that good enough to get me out of trouble or did I get contract flipping wrong (is it wrong to do this in this way)...
