I,ve been hanging around here for a while now and decided that it was time to participate.....been in this business for 20 plus years and have been full time for 17 or so. It's good to be around like ,minded people. Nebraska isn't exactly the real estate mecca as some places , but it has treated me very well up to this point. Hello to all and good luck in business.

Hey C.B. Iowa.. Not many people like me around my area......good to hear from you. Brian, there is very little that I haven't dabled in concerning real estate...I try to keep an open mind and look for a way to profit on everything that interests me. That ranges from mobile home courts, raw land, new home speculation,apartments, sf homes....heck, I'll buy anything if my gut tells me I can resell for a profit....I'm heading to Florida next week to see what all the hubbub is down there....I'd hate to miss out on the opportunities that I've heard about down there without at least checking it out for myself....plus I'd like to become a snow bird some day soon...... I look forward to discussing this great business that we call real estate investing with everyone.....
