With the same logic, I could go to the medical school and figure out the rashes that I have on my body rather than going to the doctors.Sometimes I think the same way then realize others people think as I do, and pay thousands of dollars more in taxes because they don’t talk to Professionals.

@Nita Martin those 4 items will likely cost you 10s of thousands of dollars to fix, so build that into your analysis.

Also, from my experience here, thousands of people do what you do with no consequence.

It is also important that the terms are clear (because vague contracts ruin friendships).  

Because after all that you may still get in bed with a bad sponsor and you dont want that to ruin your life.

On a jumbo loan that will be thousands of dollars.
