I'm sold on Real Estate Investing (REI) for passive income and long term wealth. I would like to endeavor into the single/multi family for student housing, flips, and the buy and hold REI niche. Still taking the baby steps, doing lots of research, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and listening/reading related books when I'm chanced. I like the Tax Liens, Tax Deeds, Overages and the Student Housing sections of the Smart Real Estate Coach Podcast and I'll advice you to listen to it if you are interested.
