Most handymen/tradesmen have some form of overhead/liability/reputation which is built into their price.$50/hour/person to for labor alone for interior painting is ridiculous and is by no stretch of the imagination "cheap".

It's less expensive and more affordable rental property.Let's assume that both buildings are developed by reputable companies and both have a nice interior design (say, I hire an interior designer to dress up the unit).

I also think they make things like the big menu signs for drive thrus, with the menu and the speaker and all of that stuff.Of course I'm, assuming that when you say you need signs for your wholesaling biz, you're talking about like bandit signs or like the little plastic "We Buy Houses" signs that you might stick in the ground in front of a house you own or something like that right??

I suppose it should go without saying, but the person needs to be mentally plastic enough to learn the order of construction, materials, inspections, and the cornucopia of things that have to happen to get a house renovated or built.This may be one of the biggest issues.
