Toyota is relocating a major manufacturing facility from CA to Frisco...etc.There are definitely areas in DFW for buy & hold, but you have to be careful and know where to look.

I looked and all our lease have relocation clause. 

I’m going to reach out the recruiter to find out if I can potentially chg the start date, Maybe with it expiring May 4th, relocation incentives can be revisited.Seeing a recruiter is involved made me flinch.

I was wondering since job relocation is an exception for leaving early from an FHA loan, would that also count for remote work?
