Grabbed a fixer upper....so, how hard can it be????

Being military people are always looking for places to live before and after deployments and after moving and so on, so finding a roommate to grab a room is easy, and I do have a girlfriend that will be living with me. 

I just received a quote from Brian at Atlas Insurance recommended by @Joseph Hammel. 

I follow up by saying that a showing can be scheduled after the application is received.  

Just to update everyone, since I know you have waited with bated breath for news, I have not received a NDA/NCC or even a PM. 

I received leases and expense details prior to making any sort of offer from a few different properties.

We have a renter who is interested in grabbing the space for car restoration.I was told I need liability if they are doing restoration of any kind.

I tell a lot of newbies to start out that way for the support you'll receive.

He is claiming that they are paying the commission...but no....that is bc he wrote it up as my amount received is 20k less.I would have no problem if I was inviting realtors, but we were not at this point.
