I believe these are based on need, so if you already have a master's degree or are already making $100k/yr as a stockbroker (random example), the VA probably won't pay for you to become a home inspector - the program is designed to make you "employable".You could also use your GI bill to take relevant college (business, marketing, finance, accounting) or vocational (construction, plumbing, electrical) courses.

You can however try to get a second bachelor's or a Masters degree with a major in RE.I urge you to consider the time required to complete a new major with the minimum in house credits required by a school vs getting a salespersons licence, completing the required courses to be a broker while working as a RE agent.
